Tarheel Slim's only solo release for the Fire / Fury labels was the magnificent Number 9 Train, a wild rockin' R&B power house stormer (that's not too many adjectives, honestly) with his guitar and wild Jimmy Spurill's strumming up a storm, and I would be surprised if Little Ann was in there somewhere too as it has so much guitar in it.
