The Begining Of The End were a four piece outfit comprising three brothers: Raphael, keyboard's and vocals; Liroy, guitar and vocals; Frank Munnings drums and vocals; and Fred Henfeild. The group all came from Nassau in the Bahamas, and their song name checking their home town was a massive hit putting that location, for a brief moment, on the musical world map. The song was their debut recording for Henry Stone's Florida based Alston label launched in 1968, and was produced by Steve Alaimo
