I'LL DO ANYTHING (HE WANTS ME TO DO) * DORIS TROY * CAMEO PARKWAY 101 * UK

Doris Troy a.k.a. Doris Higgensen and Doris Payne, sang with The Halos in 1960, though her first record was I Want To Be Loved (But Only By You) as Doris Payne for Everest that same year. Written by Doris Troy (Payne), Kenny Gambel and Leon Huff and produced by them in Philadelphia, and originally released on Cameo 392 in the US, I'll Do Anything was her fourth release under the name Doris Troy, and the only one for the label. It was released again a year later, with the same flip side, in the US on Calla 114 in 1966, and this second issue prompted another release in the UK in 1968 on the short lived Toast label (see below) without the sub-title in brackets.
